Highly experienced AV/IT professional previously held the same role at Goldsmiths University
July 2017: Spiros Andreou has joined CDEC as Service Delivery Manager. In this new role he will own and develop a service catalogue of managed AV/IT services, oversee operational management of service desk, field engineering, infrastructure and proactive business functions, and lead on service improvement activities, client reporting and transition project services to support teams.
He joins from Goldsmiths University where he spent nine years, latterly as Service Delivery Manager. In this role he led transformational change projects for the Service Desk, Second Line/Endpoint support and AV/Digital support. He also implemented ITILv3 Service Operations processes, Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement while working with the Business Systems and Development team to implement KANBAN process improvement for their development and release activities.
Andreou is PRINCE2 qualified, holds ITIL Introduction, Foundation and Practitioner certificates and passed the Six Sigma White Belt course in 2016.
