We unveiled our new logo / brand identity at our annual sales conference in Mallorca last week.
Marking our 15th year of trading, the new logo is a contemporary twist on our existing CDEC brand, retaining the recognisable shades of blue.
We revealed the new emblem to over 70 representatives from the AV industry at our three-day annual sales convention, which also included a supplier exhibition, team building activities, corporate presentations / strategy sessions, a gala dinner, and charity fundraising.
Toni Barnett, Managing Director of CDEC said: “We are delighted to reveal our new look that marks our 15th year of trading. We are well known across the AV sector, having built an excellent reputation and we are confident that the 15 year milestone is the right time to refresh our image. As we build on our best year to date, we look forward to what the next 15 years will bring. Our priority remains delivering the very best AV installations to our customers.”
Over £100,000 worth of equipment was shipped over to our three-day event to allow the companies in attendance to showcase and demonstrate their latest products to both our salesforce and the AV press.
Security and mounting product manufacturer Loxit was presented with CDEC’s supplier of the sales conference award, with Midwich as runner up. We also raised almost £16k for Great Ormond Street via the event, a charity close to our heart.
The manufacturers and distributors in attendance at CDEC’s sales conference included AudioLogic, BENQ, Casio, Epson, Extron, Hitachi, Iiyama, InVentry, Just Lamps, Loxit, Maverick, Midwich, NEC, OneLan, Panasonic, Promethean, Sahara, Samsung, Sony and Steljes. Members of the AV press included key figures from AV Magazine, AV News.
