Maintain and update all your Clevertouch devices with a cost-effective fully managed service agreement
CDEC has announced that it now offers a fully managed service agreement for Clevertouch screens. For just £3.75 a month CDEC will ensure your devices are updated with the latest pre-tested firmware, apps are loaded and ready for staff to use, and health checks are carried out on all your devices. This will ensure screens operate as expected while highlighting potential issues before they arise, reducing room downtime.
CDEC’s managed services and support team is highly experienced in both Clevertouch and wider AV/IT technology. They will ensure your screens are kept updated, enabling new functionality and keeping devices secure. Firmware will be pre-tested in the on-site Clevertouch environment for compatibility and functionality before customer sites are updated and CDEC will work with users to schedule updates for times when the screen is not in use.
Remote monitoring will allow the services and support team to change device security, access or behaviour settings, including changing energy saving settings and adding passcodes to the screen, and inspect the health of each device. A remote health check will include analysing the device’s memory and storage, temperature and any errors. The service team can then proactively advise where issues are detected that are likely to require a call-out, allowing these to be resolved before room users experience disruption.
CDEC also offers an additional real-time support option. This includes unlimited calls to the Service Desk who will be on hand to offer help and advice over the phone, whether users are struggling to get a class started, build a lesson or simply want to discover some extra features of the technology.
