UCAS meeting room technology upgrade
UCAS is an independent charity providing information, advice, and admissions services to inspire and facilitate educational progression. Their services support young people making choices after their GCSEs, as well as those applying for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
UCAS’s head office based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, required updated technology systems for use in existing meeting rooms throughout the building.
They wanted click share presentation technology to be available in all meeting rooms in order to present and collaborate on ideas quickly and effectively from multiple locations. After a robust tendering process, CDEC were chosen to provide the upgrades.
UCAS’s meeting rooms now benefit from state of the art Barco ClickShare technology, alongside upgraded audio in the main auditorium and installation of Evoko units. We have also installed SMART Kapp interactive whiteboards in eight out of their 22 meeting rooms. One room was initially set up as a proof of concept, to establish what would be most useful in the other rooms.
