Warranty Support and the CDEC Helpdesk
The vast range of products that CDEC offer are supplied with varying manufacturer warranties. We always recommend that you take up the extended warranty options available at point of sale.
As part of your CDEC installation we will supply you with a handy reference guide to your installation. This guide gives you hints and tips for trouble shooting as well as providing you with links for downloading the latest software etc. If you haven't already received your installation guide you can download one here.
CDEC offer a FREE helpdesk service to all customers - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
