The CDEC VISIT System is a unique touch screen system to create visitor identification badges with visitor pictures and unique bar codes that can be automatically printed off. The information is logged and a paper copy is generated with a perforation for part of the copy to be held by reception.

The CDEC VISIT system uses a beautifully designed kiosk and camera device with a sleek finish that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The CDEC VISIT system will enhance any reception area.

The CDEC VISIT system is also an information point where announcements and details can be displayed for visitors. Controlled access can also be provided for using the internet and retrieving web-based email.

The system enables you to closely monitor who comes in and out of the building and enables you to check the legitimacy of visitors. The system uses a unique bar code which is generated at the initial input stage and when scanned by the visitor on exit will close the visit on the system.

The CDEC VISIT System uses bespoke software that CDEC have developed to incorporate enhanced services such as monitoring staff presence (for health & safety purposes), the facility to store visitor pictures and automatically create permanent plastic staff badges.
